What is a tablescape rental service?

A tablescape rental service lets you rent beautifully curated table settings for events like dinner parties, weddings, or special occasions. Each rental includes all the decorative elements you need to style your table — delivered to your door and returned after use.

It’s simple!

  1. Choose a collection based on your style or occasion.
  2. Select the number of guests and your rental window
  3. We deliver everything to your door in ready-to-use packaging.
  4. After your event, clean the items, repack them, and schedule the return pickup.

No storing, no shopping, no stress!

Deliveries are made by Dpd in timed hourly slots on Fridays.

Collections are made by Dpd in timed hourly slots on Mondays

Please contact us if your event falls outside of this pattern and we will do our very best to accommodate.


🎁 How are tablescape settings packaged for different guest numbers?

To make setup easy and guest counts flexible, we package our tablescapes in sets of 4 or 6 place settings. This allows you to mix and match in even-numbered multiples — perfect for gatherings of 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 guests.

For 4 guests - select 1 box of 4 settings

For 6 guests - select 1 box of 6 settings

For 8 guests - select 2 boxes of 4 settings

For 10 guests - select 1 box of 4 settings and 1 box of 6 settings

For 12 guests - select 2 boxes of 6 settings

For 14 guests - select 2 boxes of 4 settings and 1 box of 6 settings


💳 What’s included in a rental?

We have carefully designed each collection to be versatile to fit different sizes and configurations of tables.  Consequently, each box contains a number of items per setting, and items intended to be shared between groups of guests.

  • Artificial flowers - do feel free to replace with fresh/dried flowers

NOTE: On rare occasions, you may receive items which differ slightly from the photographs, as we regularly ensure the stock is of the highest quality.  Rest assured, replacement items will be of a very similar look and feel to that displayed here to ensure your chosen aesthetic is consistent and co-ordinated.


🚚 Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we offer delivery across the UK. Each order is shipped directly to your chosen address and arrives in a 1 hr slot on the Friday of your rental period.  Shipping slots can be amended to suit via the DPD app.

NOTE:  The shipping boxes are heavy (up to 30kg) and 60cm x 60cm x 60cm.  This allows us to provide the generous number of quality items per setting.  Settings for 8 or more, will be delivered in 2 boxes.  Settings for 14 in 3 boxes.  

For ease of set up however, the tableware is grouped in smaller plastic boxes which can be easily manoeuvred to the event area.


📆 How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred collection and ensure on-time delivery. Last-minute requests may be accommodated depending on availability.


🧼 Do I need to wash the items before returning?

Yes.  Please hand wash all crockery, cutlery and glassware after use.  This helps us re-use the packaging, reducing waste and enhancing the sustainability of our model.  Linens however can be returned used in the packing provided. 

All items are additionally professionally cleaned and checked on receipt to ensure they are food and presentation ready for the next client.

Detailed cleaning instructions are provided in every box.

We reserve the right to charge for replacement packaging if we cannot reuse due to food contamination.


📦 How do I return the tablescape after the event?

Repack everything in the original reusable packaging and place the plastic boxes in the cardboard shipping box and seal carefully.  Then simply hand over to DPD on your confirmed 1 hr Monday slot - they will even handle the shipping label.  We handle the rest.  It’s quick, sustainable, and hassle-free


💔 Security Authorisation.  What if something gets damaged?

We are sure you can understand that significant damage or missing items will incur a replacement fee, which is covered by your Security Authorisation.  A 50p fee is added at checkout via Downpay.  Replacement costs of items (over the value of any damage protection purchased), or late return fees will be charged at the RRP of the items in question.  Full details are outlined in our rental terms.

In the unlikely event something arrives to you damaged, we supply a small number of spare items with every box to ensure your event can proceed without a hitch.

We do however strongly encourage you to provide us with appropriate photographic evidence so we may recoup replacement costs through the courier and not persue damages through your security authorisation.

Similarly, you may wish to document the condition of items to be returned before packing with photographic evidence of their condition.

NOTE: Candle Wax can cause irretrievable damage to the table linens.   We have therefore carefully selected co-ordinated, non-drip, correctly sized candles for your purchase.  These can be added at checkout.


What is the optional £5 for £50 Damage Waiver? 

Our Damage Waiver is a simple and affordable way to protect yourself against minor accidental damage. For just £5, you’ll get up to £50 worth of accidental damage cover — giving you peace of mind during your rental.  Higher value orders can increase levels incrementally by purchasing additional cover in multiples of £5/£50 cover eg. £15 for £150 cover.  

We know accidents can happen, and this waiver helps take the worry out of small mishaps.

If something happens that falls within the waiver cover limit, we’ll take care of it.

What’s not covered?
The waiver doesn’t cover major damage, loss, negligence or late fees. So if something is stolen, completely broken, or returned late, our security authorisation terms still apply.  

Think of this waiver as protection for life’s little accidents — not big disasters.  Our Security Authorisation terms may be enacted at that point depending on circumstances.

Do I have to get it?
It’s optional, but highly recommended! For just £5, it adds extra reassurance and often saves you more than it costs if something unexpected happens.


🪟 What if I want to set up my tablescape outdoors?

Our tablescapes are designed to work beautifully in a variety of settings — indoors or out. If you're hosting in an outdoor space, just be sure the area is sheltered from wind or weather to keep everything secure and looking its best.


📐 What table size does each collection suit?

Each tablescape is designed to be flexible and scale for standard dining tables. Just choose your guest count and we’ll send exactly what you need — no guesswork.

NOTE: Tablecloth sizes are noted on the box descriptions, multiple tablecloths can overlap nicely for extended tables.


🌍 Is your service eco-friendly?

Yes! We’re committed to sustainability. All rentals are reusable, professionally maintained, and shipped in eco-conscious packaging to reduce waste.


❌ What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, our refund policy is as follows:

  • More than 3 weeks before delivery: Full refund
  • Between 2 and 3 weeks before delivery: 50% refund
  • Between 1 and 2 weeks before delivery: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days before delivery: No refund
